C	Corinna Gison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente non entrerò mai più in questo negozio, dopo 5 dipendenti che ci hanno rimbalzato, chi ci mandava di qua e chi di la, ci imbattiamo nel “ responsabile” Carlo , che con modi infastiditi, arroganti e poco professionali ci ha assistito, inutilmente visto che ciò che dovevamo comprare ( previa telefonata per la conferma del prodotto, per evitare di andare inutilmente) non esisteva proprio a quanto pare. In sintesi mezza mattinata buttata ed un giorno di lavoro buttato , non voglio togliere la stima a nessuno ma credo che ci sia bisogno di più professionalità e competenza ed anche gentilezza per chi soprattutto lavora con il pubblico. Volevo ricordare al sig responsabile che non doveva regalarci nulla, i prodotti li avremmo pagati, solitamente per questo i clienti si ringraziano invece di essere trattati con modi decisamente discutibili, infine sottolineerei l’importanza dell’assistenza clienti magari può evitare a tutti inutili perdite di tempo! Sono molto delusa perché su un pannello di 250x120x1,8 da cui ho ricavato questi tagli più piccoli non se n’è salvato nessuno. Ho messo in conto le irregolarità naturali del legno, ma qua si parla di incisioni e solchi su entrambe le facce dei pannelli che li rendono inutilizzabili per i fini che mi ero proposta. Non sapevo che al momento del ritiro mi sarei dovuta squadrare ogni singola tavola, la prossima volta che comprerò legna, non da loro sia ben chiaro, farò moooolta attenzione e vi consiglio di fare altrettanto.
