★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un martello pneumatico ad aggiustare,oltre al fatto che si sono presi 30 euro solo per fare il preventivo, che poi ho chiesto al numero verde bosch che mi hanno detto che non avrei dovuto pagare, quando mi hanno chiamato per dirmi il prezzo della riparazione,dato che era troppo ho detto di non procedere con la riparazione e che sarei andato a riprenderlo ma non mi sarei mai aspettato di ricevere il mio martello in quelle condizioni del tutto smontato e impossibile per un "non tecnico" riassemblarlo.mi hanno detto che non è compito loro rimontarlo, anche se poi loro stessi l'hanno smontato...ho fatto gia una segnalazione alla bosch la quale mi conferma che prenderanno provvedimenti e nel frattempo sconsiglio vivamente questa assistenza
