★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotto acquistato tramite Amazon, non soddisfatti abbiamo fatto il reso, il prodotto è stato ritirato dal corriere il 12 marzo ad oggi ancora non ci hanno rimborsato, non rispondono al telefono, non rispondono alla e-mail, non rispondono ai messaggi!! Poco professionali, sconsigliato!!!
Product purchased through Amazon, not satisfied we made the return, the product was collected by the courier on March 12 to date, they still haven't refunded us, they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to e-mails, they don't reply to messages !! Unprofessional, not recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo con il dire che se fosse possibile mettere meno di una stella, lo farei anche io. Acquisto una cassaforte segreta che dalla foto su Amazon presenta OVVIAMENTE una mascherina anteriore con delle finte prese di corrente. La cassaforte mi arriva però senza la mascherina che non saprei proprio dove acquistare. Mando ripetute mail alla ditta per richiedere indietro i soldi data l'inadeguatezza del prodotto ma mi viene risposto che loro vendono solo la cassaforte e non la placchetta. Pessimi!!!
I agree that if it were possible to put less than one star, I would too. I buy a secret safe that, from the photo on Amazon, OBVIOUSLY has a front bezel with fake power sockets. The safe comes to me, however, without the mask which I would not know where to buy. I send repeated emails to the company to request the money back due to the inadequacy of the product but I am told that they only sell the safe and not the plate. Bad !!!

Ho acquistato un ventilatore, arrivato nei tempi previsti, ma purtroppo non funzionante.
E' stato impossibile comunicare con loro.
E' dovuto intervenire l'assistenza di Ebay per farmi restituire dopo circa un mese dall'Acquisto i miei soldi

Una settimana dopo la data ultima prevista per la consegna, mi è stato riferito al telefono che l'articolo era ritornato in sede in quanto danneggiato e che mi avrebbero rimborsata. Un disguido può sempre capitare ma deve essere il venditore ad informare tempestivamente l'acquirente, non viceversa. Il rimborso è avvenuto dopo averli nuovamente contattati. Devo dire però che nonostante abbia avuto qualche difficoltà a contattarli, il personale si è mostrato cortese.
Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive opinion. A week after the deadline for delivery, I was told over the phone that the item had been returned to the site as damaged and that they would refund me. A misunderstanding can always happen but the seller must promptly inform the buyer, not vice versa. The refund was made after contacting them again. I must say, however, that despite having had some difficulty in contacting them, the staff was courteous.
