Da quasi un anno che vado avanti, ormai tramite associazione consumatori , per risolvere il problema di una bolletta da loro sbagliata e sovrastimata di più di 2000€ , senza ancora aver risolto nulla ed avendo anche dovuto investire tempo e denaro x risolvere. Letture della corrente inesistenti, nonostante la legge prevede 3 letture all anno, di conseguenza bollette sempre stimate tenne il conguaglio una volta l anno. Pessimo. Abbiamo provato a rifare la voltura, ma il vecchio coinquilino non era più intestatario, ma non lo ero nemmeno io, e non mi potevano dire chi è e com'è possibile, che vergogna, non ho parole. Non danno un orario preciso, ma solo una fascia oraria (nel mio 08:00-10:00). Sono costretto ad aspettare il tecnico per ben due ore, alle 10:00 non si presenta nessuno. Richiamo il numero verde ma mi dicono che non c'è modo di contattare il tecnico addetto alla chiusura del gas. È assurdo che nel 2021 un operatore non possa contattare i suoi tecnici per dare delle risposte ai propri clienti. Che società vergognosa. Ho fatto un reclamo formale perché non è possibile che succedano certe cose. Shameful society, zero seriousness. Il motivo principale per il voto cosi basso è questo: dato il mio (nuovo) numero di telefono al gruppo Hera durante la registrazione del contratto, sono stato bombardato da chiamate da venditori. Consiglio fortemente dare un numero finto durante la registrazione del contratto. For the registration of the gas contract I paid more than 120 euros in additional costs. The main reason for the low rating is this: given my (new) phone number to the Hera group while registering the contract, I was bombarded with calls from salespeople. I strongly recommend giving a fake number when registering the contract.
v	veton morina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliati. State attenti a ciò che firmate. L'11 febbraio L'operatrice mi disse che la mia offerta sarebbe stata di 0,16 fissa per 1 anno e poi a scendere. Il 9 marzo mi arriva il contratto e vedo che in verità i 0,16 li vedevo dopo 2 anni e i primi 6 mesi avrebbero fatturato a 0,24. Il servizio clienti pur di scaricare il barile con 3 diversi operatori mi dice che posso ancora chiedere il ripensamento quando avevo solo 14 mesi. Non hanno nemmeno fatto uno sforzo per rimediare all'errore della dipendente, dicendomi eh noi non possiamo fare nulla. Per i reclami non c'è nessun modo possibile per essere tutelati Not recommended. Be careful what you sign.
