Lavoro eseguito con grande precisione e a regola d'arte, dal sopralluogo del loro tecnico al montaggio finale da parte dei ragazzi, pazienti e precisi!! Consiglio vivamente!! Posso dire inoltre che si sono dimostrati seri e affidabili durante tutte le fasi del trasloco , molto professionali e scrupolosi nel curare gli imballaggi e nelle fasi di movimentazione dei mobili dal 4 piano , in un cortile poco funzionale per i movimenti . Consiglio vivamente questa ditta!!! I contacted them for a move a few weeks ago. They were very kind from the first phone call and inspection. I can also say that they proved to be serious and reliable during all phases of the move, very professional and scrupulous in taking care of the packaging and in the handling of the furniture from the 4th floor, in a courtyard that is not very functional for movement. I problemi arrivano quando abbiamo segnalato i danni fatti durante il trasloco (può capitare, le assicurazioni servono a questo) e dalla Direzioni rispondono negando l'accaduto. Un'anta della cucina è caduta ed è ammaccata e sverniciata e il pilastro del passo carraio in ingresso è stato urtato e rovinato, tanto che l'autista è sceso e si è accertato che tutti stessero bene. La Direzione invece risponde in questo modo: "Per quanto riguarda il danno contestato al pilatro del cancello, ho interpellato gli autisti intervenuti sul suo trasloco, e mi hanno assicurato di non aver urtato lo stesso, tanto è, che i furgoni non riportano danni riconducibili a tale urto, e soprattutto la posizione dei danneggiamenti non è compatibile con la configurazione dei nostri furgoni. I ragazzi mi hanno riferito di aver urtato la luce del passo carraio in altezza a causa del furgone molto alto, ma che poi, come segnalato anche da lei nella scorsa mail, è stata ripristinata senza alcun danneggiamento." Non sono solito farlo, ma in questo caso è necessario per la grande professionalità ed efficienza sia in sede di preventivo, sia in sede di esecuzione del trasloco del mio studio legale da una sede all'altra in Milano. Il sig. Rezzonico ha anche dato dei suggerimenti per adattare una libreria e, tramite i loro falegnami, mi ha fornito un risultato eccellente. Preventivo chiaro, esecuzione precisa, senza problemi e con grande disponibilità e competenza da parte della squadra, composta da ragazzi bravi e simpatici. Facile interloquire con le sigg.re Elisabetta e Veronica, sempre disponibili. Che dire altro ? Tutto perfetto. Ci siamo affidati a Casa Mia in quanto ci è stato fatto un preventivo in modo molto professionale. I ragazzi Dormir e Sami sono stati puntuali, velocissimi, professionali e soprattutto cosa più importante (e per niente scontata in questi tempi) sono stati davvero gentilissimi e hanno reso quella giornata molto più leggera nonostante il tempo e qualche inconveniente tecnico che hanno prontamente risolto in poco tempo. È stato rispettato il preventivo e soprattutto siamo rimasti molto contenti di esserci affidati a loro per la precisione, rapidità, professionalità e compagnia dei ragazzi che veramente è stato come essere fra amici.
