★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an engine problem with my BMW during the trip to our vacation in Bibione, Italy. The excellent assistance of BMW in Germany analyzed the problem remotely via ConnectedDrive and organized an appointment for the replacement of the malfunctional AGR-Valve at Autostar in Pordenone. The guys at Autostar helped me in an extraordinary perfect way. I get a rental car from Avis - for free - during the repair and they organized the transfer to and from the Avis Station. Only one day later my BMW was repaired (and was perfectly cleaned inside and outside!). I would like to thank very much Francesco and Fabio from the Autostar Team in Prodenone. You're great guys an so much helpful!
