We bought an expensive couch, they offered 10 years guarantee. We asked them if this guarantee still works when we went to the USA and they said yes. When we arrived in the US the zippers started breaking, so we asked for them to send new fabric so we could exchange ourselves. They did not answer any emails for 2 years! We tried every couple of months. Now they finally answered but saying that they don’t make the couch anymore. Which is not true because the couch is online and guarantee doesn’t mean “until we stop doing them” it means 10 years doesn’t matter what happens. We are really really mad!
