I call the company to get information on a drug that two pharmacies tell me is no longer delivered. An operator replies of a rare rudeness. Such a thing has never happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist or whoever picked up the phone during 29th of November was so rude. This is the first time I called and he was yelling at me because I speak English and seems like he was assuming same person keeps on calling them. You should fire that receptionist, very unprofessional.
