★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vorrei utilizzare la stazione di ricarica di via Marghera ma viene utilizzata come parcheggio per le macchine normali, ho chiamato il servizio clienti e mi hanno detto che non ci possono fare nulla....che scandalo
I would like to use the charging station in via Marghera but it is used as a parking space for normal cars, I called customer service and they told me they can't do anything about it .... what a scandal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Ovada hanno installato 4 punti di ricarica per auto elettriche... Sono mesi che stiamo aspettando l'attivazione ma dicono sempre che non è colpa loro... In effetti la colpa è del comune che doveva fare installare colonnine enelx! Nel frattempo le auto le ricarichiamo gratuitamente alla Lidl andando a barbonare la tessera per poter far partire la ricarica.
In Ovada they have installed 4 charging points for electric cars ... We have been waiting for activation for months but they always say that it is not their fault ... In fact, it is the fault of the municipality that had to have enelx columns installed! In the meantime, we recharge the cars for free at Lidl by going to the card to be able to start the recharge.

Con EnelX anche ho avuto le mie disavventure, ma Be charge pessima.
Ho provato a contattare il numero attivo 24h, perché come sempre non mi faceva ricaricare per motivi che ancora non si sanno, e dopo squilli a vuoto e diverse chiamate ripetute si riagganciava in automatico.
È scandaloso visto che in questo caso io avevo davvero necessità di ricaricare e mi ha letteralmente lasciata a piedi perché non ho potuto ricaricare PESSIMO. Super sconsigliato mai più.

With EnelX I also had my misadventures, but Be charge very bad.
I tried to contact the 24h active number, because as always it did not make me recharge for reasons that are not yet known, and after empty rings and several repeated calls it would hang up automatically.
It is scandalous since in this case I really needed to recharge and it literally left me on foot because I could not recharge BAD. Super not recommended ever again.

Non riesco a caricare un nuovo metodo di pagamento sull'app. Chiamato l'assistenza, inviata una segnalazione e svariate mail chiedendo assistenza ma nulla. Nel frattempo mi hanno bloccato il profilo da 4 giorni e non mi è possibile ricaricare la mia macchina 100% elettrica. Pessimo
I would like to give even less than one star. I can't upload a new payment method to the app. Called assistance, sent a report and several emails asking for assistance but nothing. In the meantime, my profile has been blocked for 4 days and it is not possible for me to recharge my 100% electric car. Bad
