Compro in agosto inoltrato presso località Marina di Carrara, farmacia comunale Fiorillo due confezioni di Buscofen e me le consegnano che scadono a ottobre 2017! Vergogna... Spererei mi inviaste delle confezioni sostitutive per riparare... I would like to submit a complaint about the expiration of your recently purchased product. I buy in August at Marina di Carrara, Fiorillo municipal pharmacy two packs of Buscofen and they deliver them to me which expire in October 2017! Shame ... I would hope you send me replacement packs to repair ...
A	Alessandro Giordano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso il vostro farmaco Catapresan compresse 300 mcg per l'ipertensione, ho provato tanti farmaci sin dall'età di 8 anni che mi provocavano solamente sofferenza e nessun miglioramento dell'ipertensione con valori anche di 200 con 110. Catapresan da anni mi ha risolto il problema a me con le compresse ad altri pazienti con i cerotti ecc... La clonidina è miracolosa abbassa la pressione velocemente. L'unica cosa è che adesso è cessata la commercializzazione, qualche confenzione sono riuscito a procurarla per qualche mese in farmacia che lo aveva dentro, invece di fare una compressa mattina e una sera faccio mattina + cerotto per iniziare il passaggio all'unico farmaco disponibile con clonidina il cerotto TTS2, con la speranza funzioni una volta sospese completamente. Altrimenti dovrò andare all'Asl per l'importazione dall'estero. Spero vivamente che ricomincia la commercializzazione e che questa commercializzazione permanente sia solo momentanea come lo era inizialmente. Ho parlato con il mio nefrologo e mi ha consigliato clonidina generica ma non esiste! Una cosa assurda e assolutamente poco seria per un'azienda multinazionale del loro calibro. Ora ad avere a che fare con la cliente asmatica per la quale avevo fatto l'ordine sono io (farmacista) a doverci mettere la faccia, in più lei è senza un farmaco indispensabile che sembra essere introvabile. Grazie davvero! I promised to send an order in 4/5 days and after a week I call the customer service and the registration of my personal data had not yet been completed.
