★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto se potevo avere un preventivo per la mia assicurazione auto. Mi hanno risposto che devo essere già cliente per richiedere preventivi o andate personalmente. Abito a 40 km. Tutte le altre assicurazioni mi hanno chiesto di inviare libretto e dati per avere un preventivo senza problemi.
Da loro ero già andata anni fa perché mi avevano parlato di buone tariffe e me l avevano fatto via telefono il preventivo. Adesso non possono più ..mah mi è nuova questa regola. Unici ad averla. Evidentemente non hanno così bisogno né interesse che la gente si assicuri da loro. E forse è anche meglio
I asked if I could get a quote for my auto insurance. They replied that I must already be a customer to request quotes or go personally. I live at 40 km. All the other insurance companies have asked me to send the booklet and data for a hassle-free quote.
I had already gone to them years ago because they had told me about good rates and they had given me a quote by phone. Now they can't anymore .. but this rule is new to me. Only to have it. Evidently they have no need and no interest in people insuring themselves from them. And maybe it's even better
