★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattasi di un tipico esempio di archeologia industriale, ben adattato ad una nuova molteplicità di funzioni: uffici, sale riunioni, spazio per mostre, aule universitarie, bar e ristorante...e non ultima, la zona attrezzata a centro vaccinale.Il tutto circondato da area riservata a parcheggio e zone verdi.
