Il personaggio che ci lavorava e che poi è stato "silurato" non è stato corretto in quanto non ha rispettato i tempi di consegna della stufa e i tempi di installazione della canna fumaria: inaffidabile.
La ditta Benazzo si è dimostrata anch'essa scorretta e inaffidabile. La canna fumaria che hanno installato ci ha creato non pochi problemi. E, informati del problema, ci hanno lasciato al freddo, c'è molto disinteresse da parte della responsabile e ad oggi il problema è ancora in attesa di essere risolto nonostante la stufa e il montaggio della canna fumaria sono ancora in c/garanzia. Io personalmente, in futuro, non mi rivolgerò mai più a questa ditta né alla sua agenzia "L'Officina del Calore": ne ho abbastanza di stare al freddo con temperature sotto lo zero.

I personally, in the future, will never turn to this company or its agency "L'Officina del Calore" again: I have had enough of being in the cold with temperatures below freezing.
