G	Gabriella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grotta non molto grande ma con tantissime concrezioni stalagmiti, stalattiti e colonne inoltre la guida speleologica preparatissima è stata molto professionale e Cortese nel dare tantissime spiegazioni. C'è la possibilità di fare fotografie e filmati considerando che non ci sono camminamenti molto agevoli in alcuni punti e quindi è possibile arrampicarsi con le mani con i guantini nelle stesse pareti della grotta. Consigliatissima per chi vuole un esperienza diretta e fisica con una grotta speleologica. Cave not very big but with many concretions stalagmites, stalactites and columns, moreover the well-prepared speleological guide was very professional and courteous in giving many explanations. There is the possibility of taking photographs and videos considering that there are not very easy walkways in some points and therefore it is possible to climb with the hands with gloves in the same walls of the cave. Highly recommended for those who want a direct and physical experience with a speleological cave.
D	Davide de Feo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato tre stelle per la gentilezza della guida e perchè è un piacere vedere persone che cercano di valorizzare le attrattive offerte dal proprio paese. Paese che, per quanto piccolo, merita sicuramente una visita. Quanto alle 'grotte' va però detto che si tratta di poco più di due stanzette con concrezioni (stalattiti/stalagmiti) ormai secche e rotte. Niente a che vedere con le attrattive sotterranee che l'Umbria ha da offrire. I gave three stars for the kindness of the guide and because it is a pleasure to see people who try to enhance the attractions offered by their country. A country that, however small, is definitely worth a visit. As for the 'caves', however, it must be said that they are just over two small rooms with concretions (stalactites / stalagmites) now dry and broken. Nothing to do with the underground attractions that Umbria has to offer.

E	Emidio Scarponi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pale, Settanta abitanti circa, non lontano da Foligno e con la loro comunanza agraria hanno organizzato una struttura per la visita alle grotte dell'Abbadessa e la visita dell'eremo soprastante il paese (circa 25 minuti di cammino). Complimenti a loro per l'impegno e dedizione per valorizzare il territorio e consentire l'accesso con ottime guide molto preparate. Pale, about seventy inhabitants, not far from Foligno and with their agrarian commonality have organized a structure for the visit to the Abbadessa caves and the visit of the hermitage over the village (about 25 minutes walk). Congratulations to them for their commitment and dedication to enhancing the territory and allowing access with excellent, well-prepared guides.
E	Emil Cenzato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non molto grande, ci sono 2 grotte ma per 5 euro ne vale la pena da visitare. Guida e signora che gestisce il tutto sono molto, ma molto gentili e disponibili. Not very big, there are 2 caves but for 5 euros it is worth it to visit. Guide and lady who runs it all are very, very kind and helpful.

Fate attenzione alle scarpe perchè per entrare sono obbligatorie le scarpe chiuse. Vi forniranno casco (igienizzato), sottocasco usa e getta e guanti in lattice. Durata della visita 25/30 minuti.Consigliata la visita prima alle grotte e poi alle cascate e non viceversa. Non adatto a persone sovrappeso perchè il passaggio in due punti è particolamente stretto. Tickets cost € 5 per person. Small caves. not comparable to those of Frasassi but still significant. Pay attention to shoes because closed shoes are required to enter. They will provide you with a (sanitized) helmet, disposable balaclava and latex gloves. Duration of the visit 25/30 minutes. We recommend a visit first to the caves and then to the waterfalls and not vice versa. Not suitable for overweight people because the passage in two points is particularly narrow.
E	Edi de stefano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle pendici del monte di Pale e a pochi km dalle cascate del Menotre si trova questa piccola grotta formata da due cavità visitabili muniti di caschetto e guanti in quanto inevitabile non reggersi alle pareti interne per poterle attraversare, evitando di rovinare le stalagmiti . Complimenti alla guida che trasmette tutta la passione e l’amore per la propria terra. On the slopes of the mountain of Pale and a few kilometers from the Menotre waterfalls is this small cave formed by two cavities that can be visited equipped with helmet and gloves as it is inevitable not to hold on to the internal walls to be able to cross them, avoiding to ruin the stalagmites. Congratulations to the guide who transmits all the passion and love for their land.
