Da Grimaldi Immobiliare abbiamo trovato persone competenti, professionali e molto disponibili. Davide, in particolare, ci ha spiegato tutto ciò che dovevamo sapere, relativamente all'acquisto di una prima casa, in modo semplice ma accurato, non tralasciando nulla e seguendoci passo a passo nella trattativa di compravendita, dimostrandosi, inoltre, un ottimo mediatore e venendoci incontro in ogni nostra esigenza. Non posso che consigliarla.
My boyfriend and I were looking for a house for the first time and therefore we knew absolutely nothing about how the negotiations for the purchase of properties worked. At Grimaldi Immobiliare we have found competent, professional and very helpful people. Davide, in particular, explained to us everything we needed to know, regarding the purchase of a first home, in a simple but accurate way, not leaving out anything and following us step by step in the sale negotiation, also proving to be an excellent mediator and meeting us in all our needs. I can only recommend it.
