A	Antonio De Santis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale ben tenuto come pulizia e sistemazione dello stesso, tavoli all'aperto ben tenuti. Personale cortese, molto disponibile però a mio avviso un po lento. Buono il caffè, buona anche la presentazione con la tazzina coperta dal coperchio, rapporto qualità prezzo buona. Location ben posizionata ma con qualche problema di parcheggio. Well-kept place in terms of cleaning and arrangement of the same, well-kept outdoor tables. Friendly staff, very helpful but in my opinion a bit slow. Good coffee, good presentation with the cup covered by the lid, good value for money. Location well located but with some parking problems.

Un signore al telefono molto scortesemente mi attacca dicendomi intanto lei ha chiamato alle otto meno tre minuti e io non sono tenuto a stare alle 20 fuori casa sua e io gli spiego che alle 21 il mio compagno sarebbe dovuto andare a lavoro e che l ordine lo avevo fatto alle 20 e lui dicendomi alterato che io ero stato maleducata a chiamare e che lui non aveva il tappeto volante....noi siamo clienti abituali oltretutto, da oggi in poi non ordinerò più qui...ci sono modi e modi per risponde a un telefono... Il servizio pessimo e personale davvero molto scortese, anzi direi anche antipatico. Ci hanno anche fatto pagare più del dovuto. Nemmeno il caffè era gradevole poiché bruciato. Ci hanno fatto sedere in un tavolo sporco e nemmeno la tovaglia ci hanno cambiato!!!! Da cancellare completamente!!!!!

Tutto arredato in tema con la casa di Hogwarts! Super bellissimo! Complimenti! It is a really original idea to put Harry Potter characters in place of the names of the dishes. Ma tutto può migliorare quindi questa recensione deve essere da stimolo per migliorarsi. Per il momento non lo consiglio assolutamente.. Riproverò tra qualche mese vediamo di modificare questo commento.

Arriviamo, e notiamo subito che il servizio non è dei migliori, ma ci accomodiamo lo stesso, sperando nel cibo che dalle foto sembra ben presentabile e ben impiattato... Ora, dopo essere uscito vivo da quel locale, ciò che mi chiedo è, "dove hanno preso quelle foto??" Il panino servitoci era un ammasso di ingredienti buttati li, solo perché facenti parte dell'ordine, e le pizze completamente diverse dalle foto in cui si presentavano con bordo alto, stile pizza napoletana. Bene, nulla di più lontano da ciò! La mia pizza anzi si è presentata secca sui bordi e fin troppo grande, infatti già metà pizza è risultata di difficile digestione confermando a mediocre qualità delle materie prime. Pizze consegnate con un attesa di ben 90 minuti, tanto che stavamo per andarcene via, nonostante altri tavoli erano già stati serviti, quindi l'unica comanda era la nostra, e dopo un attesa simile, il ragazzo che ha preso la tedesca, lamenta le patatine fredde!! Beh, non poteva certo mancare la ciliegina sulla torta per concludere una serata che non sarebbe mai dovuto iniziare in un locale simile! Quindi per finire, se a cassino tutti i locali dove si mangia bene vi hanno stufato, potete sempre entrare qui, sarete ben accontentati! I prezzi sono identici alla concorrenza... Servizio, cortesia e cibo, assolutamente no! A place I will never enter again, not even for a fee !!
