Maleducazione 1000000!!
Barista cafona e maleducata a cui ho dovuto ripetere per ben tre volte cosa volessi, per poi sentirmi negare un semplice bicchiere d'acqua, poichè non battuto sullo scontrino; l'acqua non si nega a nessuno e ne tantomeno si fa pagare se si tratta di un semplice bicchiere di acqua di lavandino per altro.
Se non volete farvi il sangue amaro proseguite per pochi altri km e troverete un altro autogrill decisamente più professionale.
Vi meritate la CHIUSURA, maleducate e cafone!

Naughty and rude bartender to whom I had to repeat what I wanted three times, only to be denied a simple glass of water, as not beaten on the receipt; water is not denied to anyone, nor is it charged for if it is a simple glass of sink water for anything else.
If you do not want to get bitter blood, continue for a few more kilometers and you will find another decidedly more professional motorway restaurant.
You deserve the CLOSURE, rude and boorish!
Never again!!!!

Hi in this service area there is no hot water for the showers and not even for the whole utility grill, they clean everything with cold water, WE HAVE REALLY ARRIVED FRUIT????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40€ per due cotolette fritte due patate al forno due bottiglie d'acqua un caffè e un dolce ..... è vergognoso ...colpa mia che non ho controllato i prezzi e oltretutto tutto molto scadente senza parlare del caffè...forse una purga sarebbe più buona....metto una stella perché zero non le prende......
40 € for two fried cutlets two baked potatoes two bottles of water a coffee and a cake ..... it's shameful ... my fault that I didn't check the prices and moreover all very poor not to mention the coffee ... maybe a purge would be better .... I put a star because zero does not take them ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio col dire che ci sono stato più di una volta poiché non è mia consuetudine giudicare alla prima visita, purtroppo confermo le critiche al personale poco attento e cosa importante molto poco cortese con aria scocciata in più occasioni, ( premetto non dipende da me, ho semplicemente chiesto pasta e cappuccino le volte che sono passato ?).
Cappuccino non buono in generale, muffin secco, paste nella norma per essere prodotti surgelati.
Mia pecca non aver letto le recensioni prima ?♂️
d’altronde non sarebbe vita doversi basare sù giudizi altrui.. a voi l’ardua sentenza!!
I begin by saying that I have been there more than once since it is not my custom to judge at the first visit, unfortunately I confirm the criticisms of the staff who are not very attentive and important thing very uncouth with an annoyed air on several occasions, (I state it is not up to me, I just asked for pasta and cappuccino the times I passed ?).
Not good cappuccino in general, dry muffins, pastries in the norm for frozen products.
My flaw I haven't read the reviews before ?♂️
