Pago e porto a casa, ma il problema si ripresenta di nuovo. - la 2° volta mi dicono che è un problema di software. Torno a casa e stesso problema. - la 3° volta mi fanno un preventivo per un'ulteriore spesa, SEMPRE PER LO STESSO PROBLEMA. Pessima esperienza, mai più. Ha un ottima scelta dei prodotti e se sprovvisti nel giro di qualche giorno se li fanno arrivare. Vi consiglio di passarci ovviamente se avete problemi. Mi hanno distrutto il case del mio MacBook Pro per aprire e diagnosticare il problema, utilizzando un cacciavite qualsiasi e non quello adatto al computer in oggetto. Adesso ho un case con viti spanate e il case tutto graffiato con rottura del sigillo APPLE... Computer Discount di Cassino mi ha riscontrato un problema alla scheda logica del computer preventivandomi la spesa di oltre 300 euro.... fortunatamente ho deciso di rivolgermi a un apple store e il problema era tutt'altro! Il problema riguardava lo schermo e mi è stato riparato a costo zero perché è stato riconosciuto 'errore di fabbrica'. O vi aggiornate, o cambiate mestiere... o in maniera del tutto umile dite che non siete all'altezza del problema senza avventurarvi danneggiando i computer altrui. GRAZIE! Incompetent staff.
