I titolari sono persone competenti e professionali, che sanno consigliare il prodotto adatto sulla base dei gusti personali.
lo showroom è molto ben fornito e il cliente viene seguito e accompagnato fino alla fine dei lavori. sono molto soddisfatta dei loro prodotti e della competenza con cui hanno gestito il mio lavoro.
Consigliato sicuramente a chi non vuole un prodotto da 'grande magazzino del fai da te' ma cerca prodotti di buona qualità, assistenza personalizzata e competenza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ristrutturato casa dove l'impresa mi ha portato da loro per scegliere il pavimento, ho scelto un gress porcellanato dove da catalogo certificata adatto ad un centro commerciale come seristenza all'usura e lo stesso venditore ( sig. Massimo credo sia uno dei soci) mi garantiva che lo stesso era indistruttibile, premetto che è un pavimento pagato 36 euro più Iva, dopo 2 giorni che mi consegnano l'appartamento mi accorgo che il pavimento in tutta la casa presenta dei graffi profondi , al che avviso l'impresa che avvisa i signori venditori, arrivano a casa con un fantomatico tecnico dove dopo aver visto e resosi conto di tutto mi dice che è normale che un pavimento si graffi così e che comunque il pavimento è bellissimo e non è il caso di star lì a guardare i graffi( forse pensano di avere a che fare con dei deficenti facendo simili affermazioni) premetto che ho messo tutta la documentazione in mano ad un avvocato che presenterà tutto in tribunale in quanto la mancanza di serietà e,di disponibilità e menefreghismo di questi esercenti
Non consente il dialogo per una risoluzione dei problemi. Per cui consiglio andate a comprare altrove pagando un quarto e sicuramente avrete un materiale migliore, ve lo dico per esperienza, all'incirca lo stesso tipo di pavimento comprato da una ditta di Cinisi a desio pagato 13 anni fa 6.50 euro al metro quadro dopo 13 anni non ha u segno di usura, ma loro su questa precisazione mi hanno detto che quel pavimento dei cinesi non era buono, ma sicuramente meglio di ciò che vendono loro è. State lontani da questa azienda.
