 It was recommended to me by friends for cleaning the boiler and the air conditioner, and they really met my expectations both in terms of punctuality and kindness of the technician, and in terms of price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo una stella perchè di meno non si può. Assolutamente da evitare. Nessuna professionalità! Sono venuti per fare manutenzione dei climatizzatori: si è presentato un tecnico (?) con in mano uno spruzzatore scarico di liquido igienizzate (!) e nient'altro! Ha aperto la macchina, prelevato le griglie e ha provveduto a pulirle sbattendole tra loro rovinandole (la retina è tutta danneggiata): non ha chiesto di procedere con altro modo più consono tipo acqua o aspirapolvere. Ha spruzzato a fatica il liquido (perchè lo spruzzatore era veramente a un livello di liquido che si faceva fatica a usare), ha controllato la temperatura e niente più, il tutto per la modica cifra di 66 € per 2 macchine e motore. Ha fatto una fattura sulla quale è riportato a malapena il nominativo della ditta senza indicazione della ragione sociale nè alcun recapito a cui fare riferimento per eventuali problemi/richieste. Facendogli notare che ha rovinato le griglie, ha detto che avrebbe segnalato in Ditta. Sentita la Ditta il giorno dopo hanno detto di non sapere nulla e che si sarebbero informati: da allora non si sono sentiti. Professionalità 0, rapporto qualità intervento/costo -1

I put a star because less can't be done. Absolutely to be avoided. No professionalism! They came to do maintenance of the air conditioners: a technician (?) Showed up with a sprayer drained of sanitized liquid in his hand (!) And nothing else! He opened the machine, removed the grids and proceeded to clean them by slamming them together and ruining them (the net is completely damaged): he did not ask to proceed with another more suitable way such as water or vacuum cleaner. He sprayed the liquid with difficulty (because the sprayer was really at a level of liquid that was difficult to use), he controlled the temperature and nothing more, all for the modest sum of 66 € for 2 machines and engine. He made an invoice on which the company name is barely reported without indicating the company name or any contact details to refer to for any problems / requests. Pointing out that he ruined the grids, he said he would report to the firm. After hearing the company the next day they said they knew nothing and that they would inquire: since then they have not heard. Professionalism 0, value for intervention / cost -1
Update: they intervened and replaced the grids

Sono rimasta 4 giorni senza acqua calda e causa Covid19 il mio tecnico non era reperibile.
Per fortuna la GREEN ENERGY S.R.L mi ha salvata!
Sono stati gentili, professionali e puntuali! Hanno risolto tempestivamente il mio problema con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e hanno eseguito la manutenzione rispettando tutte le normative di Protocollo Covid 19!

I stayed 4 days without hot water and due to Covid19 my technician was not available.
Luckily GREEN ENERGY S.R.L saved me!
They were kind, professional and punctual! They promptly solved my problem with excellent value for money and performed maintenance in compliance with all the Covid 19 Protocol regulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno installato una stufa a pellet con corrispettiva canna fumaria, che dire? Canna fumaria non a norma, non coibentata, uscita sul camino eseguita con pezzi di recupero ( probabilmente avevano finito il materiale e i tecnici si sono arrangiati con quello che gli era rimasto) risultato: dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo, canna fumaria intasata, chiamati ripetutamente, si sono rifiutati di venire per risolvere un problema da loro procurato, ho fatto richiesta formale di sostituzione canna fumaria, considerato che il lavoro é in garanzia, devo ancora sentirli a distanza di tempo. Conclusioni: dovrebbero cambiare mestiere, sarebbe meglio per tutti! Sconsigliato, non chiamateli!!!
I have installed a pellet stove with a corresponding flue, what can I say? Flue not up to standard, not insulated, exit on the chimney made with salvaged pieces (probably they had run out of material and the technicians made do with what was left) result: after 3 months of use, the flue blocked, called repeatedly, they refused to come to solve a problem they caused, I made a formal request to replace the flue, considering that the work is under warranty, I still have to hear from them after some time. Conclusions: they should change jobs, it would be better for everyone! Not recommended, don't call them !!!

Hanno fatto un lavoro davvero eccezionale, durante e dopo l'installazione la mia casa era in perfetto ordine! Ottimo lavoro lo consiglio a tutti!!
Green Energy installed me a Templari Heat Pump that uses renewable sources. Zero gas bill, house heated all day and lots of hot water for a shower !!
They did a really great job, during and after the installation my house was in perfect order! Great job I recommend it to everyone !!
