★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Agentur begrüsst einem bei einer Anfrage gleich als Kunde und es geht dann auch schon gleich los, dass man ungebeten einen Newsletter per E-Mail erhält. Am Anfang machte mir diese Agentur einen guten und professionellen Eindruck. Sie reagierten schnell und in meiner Sprache auf Anfragen. Auch stellten sie genauen Fragen zu was wir suchen. Nachdem ich alles beantwortet hatte, kamen weitere Vorschläge. Diese Vorschläge passten nicht wirklich zu unseren Kriterien und vor allem war der Preis höher als wir als Budget angegeben hatten aber war ok. Nachdem ich erwähnte, dass ich bereits eine Liste mit Liegenschaften von anderen Agenturen erstellt habe, wollten sie diese Liste gerne von mir bekommen. Dies habe ich zum Glück nicht gemacht. Ich wollte zuerst abwarten welche Leistungen diese Agentur mir zu welchen Konditionen anbietet. Auf meiner expliziten Nachfrage wurde mir die Standardübersicht und die Konditionen zugestellt. Ich habe darauf geantwortet, dass die meisten Leistungen für mich nicht interessant sind und habe genaustens mitgeteilt welche Leistungen sie für mich erbringen könnten und um ein besseres Angebot gebeten. Seid da ist Funkstille. Auch nachdem ich nochmal nachgefragt habe ob sie an einer Zusammenarbeit interessiert sind. Aus meiner Sicht sollte man vorsichtig sein bei dieser Agentur. Wenn ich meine Liste mit potentiellen Häuser tatsächlich zugestellt hätte, hätte ich nachhinein wohl Schwierigkeiten gehabt eine Kooperation mit den offiziellen Agenturen dieser Häuser einzugehen. Ganz unprofessionell find ich aber, dass man gar nicht mehr reagiert wenn der "Kunde" mitteilt, dass er den Preis für die Leistungen als zu hoch erachtet. Wir werden jetzt mit einer anderen Agentur zusammenarbeiten...

I replied that most of the services were not of interest to me and stated exactly what services they could provide for me and asked for a better offer. Since there is radio silence. Even after I asked again if you are interested in working with us. From my point of view, one should be careful with this agency. If I had actually delivered my list of potential houses, I would have had difficulties in retrospect to enter into a cooperation with the official agencies of these houses. However, I find it completely unprofessional that you no longer react when the "customer" says that he considers the price for the services to be too high. We will now work with another agency ...
