Can not get my deposit money back from Bella Umbria Immobiliare. Almost a year after renting a house I am still waiting for my money. Both landlord and the agency admit that they have my deposit but yet, for some reason are not returning it. They have asked for my bank account information four times (!?) now. I have sent them, plus once my PayPal payment info, but they clearly just want me to go through the trouble but it seems it is too difficult for them to make one online payment. I find this strange, because, as I found out later after, the landlord of the Loc. Bandita (in Moiano), had opened an internet account using my passport and credit card. I cancelled my credit card immediately, but it caused me lots of trouble with the internet company. At the agency, they never have denied that they have my money, but instead of apologising this, they attack me on my "bad" behaviour every time I send them messages to kindly return my money. The strange thing is that, had they returned me my money they admit in the first place, none of the trouble would have ever occured. Tutti e due, il proprietario di casa e l'agenzia ammettono di avere il mio deposito ma ancora, per qualche motivo non lo restituiscono. Hanno chiesto per quattro volte (!?) le mie informazioni sul conto bancario. Li ho inviati, più i miei dati di pagamento PayPal, ma chiaramente vogliono solo fare del male, non pagare. Sembra che sia troppo difficile per loro fare un pagamento online. Trovo questo strano, perché, come ho scoperto dopo, il proprietario del Loc. Bandita (a Moiano), aveva aperto un account internet utilizzando il mio passaporto e MasterCard. Ho annullato la mia MasterCard immediatamente, ma mi ha causato molta difficoltà con la agezia internet. A bella Umbria Immobiliare non hanno mai negato che abbiano i miei soldi, ma invece di scusarsi questo, mi attaccano sul mio comportamento "cattivo" ogni volta che li mando messaggi per gentilmente restituire i miei soldi. La cosa strana è che, se avessero restituito i miei soldi che ammetteranno in primo luogo, nessuno dei problemi avrebbe mai avvenuto.

Their patience, and knowledge of the market was fantastic and we felt we got everything we needed to make a truly informed decision. They have access to the most wonderful properties and seem to know everyone in the area. We recommend them wholeheartedly. I know we'll remain friends

Warning: The agency welcomed me as potential buyer to particate in a complex negotiation for a property sale ... only to kick me out again (very skilfully) once my bid had been used to the agency’s advantage; a process with several losers – except, of course, the agency. A highly questionable conduct and most unpleasant experience.
