★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in negozio Domenica 24 Novembre. Ho trovato tantissimi articoli in promozione e ho fatto degli acquisti davvero convenienti. Tutti prodotti di altissima qualita'. Devo dire che l' accoglienza e' stata davvero molto piacevole, la commessa molto gentile e disponibile mi ha aiutata a scegliere anche alcuni regali. Ho passato molto tempo in negozio, ed e' stata molto paziente nel cercare di capire cosa volessi e nel farmi vedere e provare tutto. Tornero' sicuramente sperando nella stessa accoglienza e di ritrovare la stessa persona.
I was in the store on Sunday 24th November. I found many items on promotion and I made some really affordable purchases. All products of the highest quality. I must say that the welcome was really very pleasant, the very kind and helpful saleswoman helped me to choose some gifts too. I spent a lot of time in the store, and was very patient in trying to understand what I wanted and to let me see and try everything. I will definitely come back hoping for the same reception and to find the same person again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una borsa nel Vostro negozio, dopo pochi mesi si stacca una cerniera che tiene il manico. Viene ritirata e trattenuta nn so dove per oltre un mese. Ci viene riconsegnata messa a posto. Dopo due mesi si ripropone lo stesso problema. Riportiamo la borsa in negozio ci viene nuovamente trattenuta per poi ridarci la borsa con il gancio che avremmo dovuto noi rimontarlo mettendoci un po’ di colla. Stile Ikea costruitevi la borsa da soli. Entro per lamentarmi con il responsabile del negozio e vengo licenziato dicendomi pure che mi avevano fatto un favore perché era un prezzo Outlet . Ho comprato la borsa appena uscita a prezzo pieno. Braccialini nn mi vedrà mai più
I bought a bag in your shop, after a few months a zip that holds the handle comes off. It is withdrawn and held nn know where for over a month. It is returned to us in order. After two months the same problem arises again. We take the bag back to the shop and it is held back to us and then we give back the bag with the hook that we should have reassembled by putting a little glue on it. Ikea style build the bag yourself. I go in to complain to the manager of the shop and I am fired saying that they did me a favor because it was an Outlet price. I bought the bag that just came out at full price. Braccialini will never see me again
