Quando vado a prendere l'oggetto, avendo detto l'urgenza, concordiamo di un ora precisa. Arrivo, mi si dice che l'oggetto arriva fra 10 min, poi 20, poi chiama (su mia insistende richiesta) e solo a quel momento chiede al falegname di tagliare i tre pezzi di legno che avevo ordinato quasi 3 giorni prima. Una vera presa in giro del cliente. Finalmente ho dovuto rinunciare e sono uscita, avendo perso 3 giorni su un progetto urgente e sempre senza oggetto! Peggio non si può fare! They take an order which they promise to deliver in 24 hours. Then they postpone another 24 hours, then another 12! When I go to get the object, having said the urgency, we agree on a precise time. Efficienti professionali e competenti, sono soprattutto brave e oneste persone. La ferramenta annessa è una delle più antiche di Roma. E per concludere Stefano è una persona per cui il profitto non è l'unica ragione, ma è corretto e generoso. E	Eleonora Faraci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, ho ordinato delle zanzariere ma loro stessi hanno preso le misure sbagliate, le zanzariere non chiudono bene e perciò non fanno il loro "dovere". Ho fatto presente il problema e sono andata più volte in negozio, hanno sempre detto che avrebbero risolto ma nessuno si è mai visto. Quando ho fatto montare le zanzariere ho chiesto di aggiustare le serrande e anche le placche dove passa la cinghia, le placche sono rimaste come erano, eppure nel preventivo c'è erano.
