Mi spiego: mi sono recato da loro con un orologio (Ebherard) che un "maniscalco travestito da orologiaio riparatore" aveva tristemente danneggiato asserendo (a posteriori) di non essere in grado di provvedere alla riparazione.
Con molta tristezza mi son detto tentiamo, alla gioielleria Grassi ho trovato:
Gentilezza, Serietà, Competenza ed un onestà che pensavo perduti; in una settimana mi hanno ritornato l'orologio, pari al nuovo, con ricambi originali, ad un prezzo onestissimo!!!
Io non ho dubbi, il mio rivenditore riparatore di fiducia ha un nuovo nome: "Gioielleria Grassi" forever!!!

Let me explain: I went to them with a watch (Ebherard) that a "farrier disguised as a repairman watchmaker" had sadly damaged, claiming (in retrospect) that he was unable to repair it.
With great sadness I said to myself let's try, at the Grassi jewelry I found:
Kindness, seriousness, competence and an honesty that I thought lost; in a week they returned my watch, like new, with original spare parts, at a very honest price !!!
I have no doubts, my trusted repair dealer has a new name: "Gioielleria Grassi" forever !!!
