★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenti alla sacher! Non la fanno con la marmellata di albicocca all'interno, bensí con un cioccolato piú cremoso di quello esterno. Chiedete prima di comprarla se anche per voi come per me fa la differenza! La vera sacher si fa con la marmellata!

Beware of the sacher! They don't do it with apricot jam inside, but with a creamier chocolate than the outside. Before buying, ask if it makes the difference for you as for me! The real sacher is made with jam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché lo conosco da oltre 40 anni ed ha mantenuto nel tempo la primitiva qualità dei prodotti. Per Pavia è stata una panetteria/pasticceria di qualità ed innovazione. Ai tempi bisognava affrontare una lunga coda per essere serviti. Oggi anche per l'accresciuta concorrenza i tempi di servizio sono più contenuti. Per me è ancora fra i primi, se non il primo panettiere/ pasticcere di Pavia.

At the time, you had to face a long queue to be served. Today, also due to increased competition, service times are shorter. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say the best torta paradiso in Pavia. You can feel and tell that everything is made in a traditional (a.k.a no industrial) way which enhances the taste. The interior has a old/classic style which takes you to a kind of time travel
