β β β β β Extremely comfortable, superb food and amazing views. Perfect place to escape for a few days.
Massive thanks to Claudia (events) who helped arrange a lunch and private dinner and understood exactly what we wanted, despite the majority of contact via email. Excellent service.
Only negative feedback is regarding house keeping. Despite asking reception for one of our rooms to be cleaned while we were at gym/breakfast, it didn't happen and we had to call two more times. Unfortunately this was on the morning of our wedding so affected the timings, photographers etc.
Plan to stay again!

β β β β β Amazing hotel, with incredible surroundings, excellent amenities and friendly staff.
The hotel is kept impecable.
I gave 4 stars for two reasons: as you may have read on other reviews the food just does not meet the level of the hotel. We payed over 200 for burgers at the bar that were very simple and not impressive.
We then had dinner at the βcasualβ restaurant and even though the food was delicious, we could not believe the portions, very very small.
The second reason is that during our stay one of the elevators was out of service, completely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, in my opinion.
I would definitely stay here again, but I would rather eat anywhere else.

β β β β β A truly outstanding hotel with incredible services as well as beautiful facilities. Three pools. Nice deck and restaurant by the lake. Over the top buffet style breakfast included. Nice spa with massages available.

Thank you to Frederico, Lorenzo and Alessandro for making my mom's birthday truly special, thank you to Riccardo at the wine bar for amazing hospitality and incredible cocktails. And to all other members of the staff from valet to house keeping to chefs, thank you very much. Truly a grand hotel.

β β β β β This is a truly remarkable place, only a handful of 5 stars hotels in the world come close to this. The location, facilities, room were truly spectacular but the service really made the stay special. It will be incredibly hard to leave once you have checked in! Hope to see you again soon

β β β β β Love every minute of our stay in this hotel. Property is old yet very well maintained. Had three pools, all overlooking beautiful Como Lake. Breakfast was pretty good and the private boat ride at Como Lake was really lovely

β β β β β Arrived as a weary traveler late one evening and at once welcomed like a valued guest. We arrived unannounced and rather disheveled but were treated superbly from the onset. First class location, excellent facilities (spa, pools, bar), supreme service , a small deck with beach atmosphere and true grand hotel feeling. Great breakfast and good dining. Everyone cares to make your stay an enjoyment.

β β β β β This is the most beautiful hotel I've stayed in. Both the interior and exterior are gorgeous. Room is a bit small, but the view is unparalleled. We were able to book a boat tour through the hotel (ask for Carlo, he is the best!) which was pricey but worth it. The breakfast buffet is a bit over the top, but pretty good.
Service is pretty good, but not exceptional, particularly given the price. One night, we asked for help making a reservation and told we were good. We walked 30 minutes to our restaurant and it was closed. No one bothered to tell us they were unable to get the reservation.
I think this hotel is worth staying at once for the breathtaking views and beautiful building and grounds, but I don't know if I'd pay the high prices to stay again.
