β β β β β This hotel has probably beautiful history but is currently run by a terrible company. Extra charges, which you are informed after booking, cover: sauna (30 euro per hour!) and pool (3 euro per person), pet (20 euro per night). Hotel restaurant at the night of our reservation was said to be full, but half of the dining room was empty. Breakfast is of poor quality and served in cantina way, accompanied by instant coffee from the machine - literally the worst I ever tried in Italy.

β β β β β The Rooms are old but ok. But the food is so HORRIBLE !!!! The worst food I've ever eaten!!! The quality, the taste, the sizes of the portions, everything. Will never go there again, so much potential with the amazing view wasted.

β β β β β The location and view is really great but the rooms are really old, the mattresses are the hardest I have ever experienced and they don't have any real curtains. Luckily the price isn't that high but you do have to pay separately for the swimming pool.

β β β β β I was very disappointed with this place . The only thing that deserves 4 stars here is the price and the view.
The rest is a far cry from 4 stars.
The swimming pool costs extra 10 β¬ each
The Wellness area 50 β¬ per room and that on top of our 4 star room rate .
The dinner area was over full, tables very close to each other. The food was very normal , l cook better and i drive diggers as a job, as of the fruit dessert we were served rotten and old fruit. The rooms are old and in need of some TLC.
As a whole the place has a cold atmosphere , the dining area and bar reminds me of a waiting room in an old railway station , no decorations no flowers just cold.
I won't be recommending your hotel to my friends and family

β β β β β We actually enjoyed most parts of the hotel - the charm, proximity to Tres Cime Di Lavaredo, and the half board dining experience. The food was good but be aware that it was very busy in the dining hall (no social distancing and a lot of high-touch surfaces such as salad buffet serving spoons used by 100+ people).
I was going to give 4 or 5 stars for my review, but the bed was absolutely terrible. Very hard mattress and super creaky. If you want a good night of sleep, donβt stay here.

β β β β β The price for this place is ridiculous for what you get. $400 for one night stay in out dated room. Shower head is super uncomfortable as it sprays everywhere. We were not allowed to eat dinner either. The breakfast choices were disappointing. Coffee is made from an automatic machine. Absolutely no vegan options and just bread for vegetarians. The hotel isnβt on the lake as their pictures make it seem, there is a heavy traffic road that is in between the road and hotel. This place a tourist attraction and I have no idea how they ever deserve 4 stars. I do not recommend this place, there are way better places in the area.

β β β β β the hotel is outdated and does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. by the bed there is a lamp on one side only in our room. there are no blackout curtains. cornices seem to fall on your head. there is no fan- air conditioning in the bathroom. the shower is small. hot water does not flow in the afternoon sometimes. the paving- tiles are cracked. towels change after one wiping hand-wasting. there is one balcony in the room only with a window, so you can't go there. a lot of switches and lamp had to come to us to turn on a technician, because it turns on about 3 switches. the room is hot even at night, so you can't sleep well and the heating can't be turned off- it is automatic. in the dining room we were sitting by the windows from which the cold was coming. most of the staff do not speak English and some do not even speak Italian. The positive is wifi and quite good food, but unfortunately dinner does not begin until 7.30 pm. Main course is coming 8.30 pm- for us too late.
Maybe good 3* hotel but for sure not 4*.

β β β β β Letβs not consider the fact that as soon as you arrive they tell you you got an upgradeβ¦.to the exact same room you booked. Maybe to try to make you feel special and compensate the lack of tv in the room, plugs that donβt work, no toothpaste and barely have soap and the lack of bottled water in the room. The food is ok at most and the buffet feels like they use the leftovers from the day before.
The only upside I could find is the staff, very kind and helpful.
Bottom line I can say that the hotel is managed as a 3 star and not a 4 making it extremely expensive comparing it to a real 4 star quality.
My advice is to book another hotel.
