Peccato che, nel week-end dell’Immacolata: 1. del ristorante non c’è alcuna traccia 2. la piscina dell’area benessere non è utilizzabile perché “l’acqua è fredda”. Inaccettabile. PS: a prescindere dall’hotel, il paese di Rocca di Mezzo ha una propensione turistica pari a ZERO. Nice small, modern and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Too bad that, during the weekend of the Immaculate Conception: 1. there is no trace of the restaurant 2. the swimming pool in the wellness area cannot be used because "the water is cold". Unacceptable. PS: regardless of the hotel, the town of Rocca di Mezzo has a tourist tendency equal to ZERO.

Colazione abbondante e di qualità Personale cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono molto moderne e pulite sono dotate di TV a specchio, minibar, armadi davvero spaziosi, luci di cortesia led e grandi docce a vetro. C'è un centro benessere con piscina interna dotata di idromassaggio e vista sulle montagne oltre ad una sauna finlandese! Colazione eccezionale, dolce e salata con ottimi prodotti di qualità e anche senza glutine. Se questo non bastasse a rendere unico il soggiorno ci sono i proprietari davvero gentili e premurosi che ti coccolano con molte attenzioni e si accettano sempre che sti andando tutto bene! Ci tornero presto e lo consigliero agli amiche che vogliono passare un week end sulla neve. Avete fatto un ottimo lavoro!Un grande in bocca al lupo! Finely renovated a few months ago, it is a very pleasant hotel equipped with every comfort. The rooms are very modern and clean and are equipped with mirror TV, mini bar, very spacious wardrobes, led courtesy lights and large glass showers. There is a wellness center with an indoor pool equipped with a whirlpool and mountain views as well as a Finnish sauna! Exceptional breakfast, sweet and savory with excellent quality products and also gluten-free. If this were not enough to make your stay unique there are the really kind and caring owners who pamper you with a lot of attention and always accept that everything is going well! I'll be back soon and recommend it to friends who want to spend a weekend in the snow. You did a great job! A big good luck!

Abbiamo prenotato una doppia con un bimbo di 3 anni a cavallo di capodanno. Ho letto di lamentele riguardo al prezzo ma credo che a Rocca di mezzo non mi pare ci siano strutture più funzionali di questa. Il prezzo è pubblicizzato e le foto sono reali al 100% quindi non capisco le lamentele. Detto ciò, la posizione è ottima e la struttura è sicuramente recente visti i dettagli di ottimo livello non trascurabili. Faccio fatica a trovare un aspetto negativo. Doccia grande, balconcino su ogni stanza, buona insonorizzazione e cameriere in sala colazione molto attente. Menziono , una bella signora mora in sala colazioni molto efficiente e gentile. Se proprio devo lamentarmi di qualcosa è che essendo amante della colazione salata la scelta è un po’ ristretta. Ma diciamoci la verità, ma chissefrega! Sono stato benissimo e questo è quello che conta! Bravi , se ne avrò l occasione tornerò da voi! Modern structure, impeccable cleanliness and modern style furnishings are treated in detail. We booked a double with a 3 year old boy on New Year's Eve. I read about complaints about the price but I don't think there are more functional structures in Rocca di mezzo than this. The price is advertised and the photos are 100% real so I don't understand the complaints. Having said that, the location is excellent and the structure is certainly recent given the excellent details that cannot be overlooked. I struggle to find a negative aspect. Large shower, balcony on each room, good soundproofing and very attentive waiter in the breakfast room. Menziono, a beautiful brunette lady in the breakfast room very efficient and kind. If I really have to complain about something, it is that being a lover of savory breakfast, the choice is a bit narrow. But let's face it, but who cares! I had a great time and that's what counts! Well done, if I have the chance I will come back to you!

C’è scritto sulla mail di prenotazione” alla faccia della gentilezza cordialità e disponibilità del cliente… Cause Covid I had to skip the Easter Monday stay and I kindly asked the Owner if I could move to April 25th…. Io ho due bambini piccoli e sono stati sempre disponibili ad accogliere le mie richieste sul cibo In sostanza lo consiglio vivamente Excellent structure on all aspects, hospitality, furnishings, cleanliness, kindness of the staff. Area benessere a pagamento con piscina riscaldata solo a parole, difatti, se volete rilassarvi dopo una giornata di sci lasciate stare, la temperatura massima raggiungibile é di 28 gradi e quindi percepita fredda a Gennaio. Se volete invece dormire tranquillamente portatevi delle mascherine paraocchi poiché un Flash verde proveniente del segnalatore di fumo posizionato sopra il letto, vi farà sembrare di stare in un rave party tutta la notte. Tutto ciò alla modica cifra di 120€ a notte, Sconsiglio. If you are looking for courtesy and friendliness, this "Chalet" is not for you, a modern structure but managers and staff who are not at all inclined to welcome and interact with customers.
