★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi: prenoto un cambio gomme per le 11, ma iniziano a cambiarmele alle 12 passate (altri clienti mi hanno detto che vanno in ordine di arrivo, quindi quando ho chiamato per prenotare potevano dirmelo invece di darmi l'ok per le 11).
I gommisti sono lentissimi, per cambiare le gomme hanno impiegato un'ora per ogni macchina;
Nonostante ciò appena sono andata in autostrada la mia auto ha iniziare a vibrare, sono andata da un altro gommista che mi ha detto che le gomme erano state equilibrate malissimo.
Bad: I book a tire change for 11, but they start changing them at past 12 (other customers told me they go in order of arrival, so when I called to book they could tell me instead of giving me the ok for 11).
The tire dealers are very slow, it took one hour for each car to change the tires;
Despite this, as soon as I went on the motorway my car started to vibrate, I went to another tire dealer who told me that the tires had been very badly balanced.

Great staff, professional service despite being a tire for heavy vehicles, replacement in record times, despite being there for the first time, I must say that I would highly recommend it. Kind and courteous office staff.
