Nonostante mi fossi recata di mia iniziativa in questo posto (accompagnata da un amico che gentilmente mi ha aiutata con gomma forata al seguito) loro mi hanno sí riparato la gomma ma, per poter avere la gomma montata sulla mia auto ho dovuto sborsare la bellezza di 35€ e solo per venire con il loro furgoncino a poco più di un chilometro dalla loro attività a montarmi la gomma riparata.(cosa che ha richiesto un paio di minuti al max). Mi spiace ma non ci siamo proprio, in quanto cliente occasionale avrebbero potuto procedere anche ad uno sconto e magari mi avrebbero anche fidelizzata come cliente perché no?..ma si sono ben guardati. Mi spiace ma per quella che è stata la mia esperienza personale, per aver fatto un lavoro di due minuti e a poco più di un chilometro, la quota da me erogata è davvero un furto. Although I had gone on my own initiative to this place (accompanied by a friend who kindly helped me with punctured rubber in tow) they repaired my tire but, in order to have the tire mounted on my car, I had to shell out the beauty of 35 € and just to come with their van just over a kilometer from their business to mount the repaired tire. ( which took a couple of minutes max). I'm sorry but we're not quite there, as an occasional customer they could have also proceeded to a discount and maybe they would have also made me loyal as a customer, why not? .. but they have taken good care of themselves. I'm sorry but for what was my personal experience, for having done a two-minute job and a little more than a kilometer, the fee I paid is really a theft.
