Per poter ripartire in giornata ho portato 2 delle mie ruote invernali, già montate sui cerchi, per sostituire le anteriori (una forata e una danneggiata). Dopo aver protestato perché i cerchi erano diversi da quelle montate (per ragioni di sicurezza dicevano) hanno acconsentito a sostituire le 2 anteriori, chiedendo la bellezza di 20 € per il semplice montaggio e smontaggio (per l'equilibratura dicevano). A sera, quando sono andato a ritirare l'auto, (officina in chiusura) DOPO aver pagato 20€, scopro che (arbitrariamente) avevano sostituito la sola ruota forata, lasciandomi 2 ruote anteriori diverse (anche i bambini sanno che le ruote si cambiano almeno in coppia) di cui una danneggiata. In pratica ho pagato 20€ per svitare e riavvitare 4 bulloni, al costo di 5€ a bullone, col risultato di avere un veicolo sbilanciato e insicuro. VE LA SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. After protesting because the rims were different from the ones mounted (for safety reasons, they said) they agreed to replace the 2 front ones, asking for the beauty of 20 € for simple assembly and disassembly (for balancing they said). In the evening, when I went to pick up the car (workshop in closing) AFTER paying € 20, I discovered that (arbitrarily) they had replaced only the perforated wheel, leaving 2 different front wheels (even the children know that the wheels change at least in pairs) one of which is damaged. In practice I paid € 20 to unscrew and re-tighten 4 bolts, at the cost of € 5 per bolt, with the result of having an unbalanced and insecure vehicle. I RECEIVE YOU HIGHLY.
