Il Responsabile nonostante il periodo di ferie (10 agosto) è riuscito a far arrivare il pezzo di ricambio in 2 giorni per poi procedere alla sostituzione., consentendo così di poter usare la moto che altrimenti sarebbe stata ferma almeno fino al 20 agosto. La moto ha presentato già all’arrivo un inconveniente tecnico che il venditore Daniel si é prodigato a risolvere inviandomi prontamente per corriere il ricambio. Daniel, peraltro, si è dimostrato cortese, chiaro e puntuale in tutta la fase di trattativa e vendita. Alla fine tutto bene, quindi, ma magari una prova su strada della moto prima di spedirmela avrebbe evitato l’inconveniente. Bought a used bike, sent it home by courier. E	Elvis Vignone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e disponibile, ma molto dispiaciuto per il prezzo assurdo di un tagliando per una moto NON PIÙ IN GARANZIA…… Solo filtri ed olio…e basta e una sorta di controlli vari, che sicuramente non comportavano due ore di lavoro, ( cosa confermata da altro concessionario) ed oltretutto non essendo più in garanzia ed avendo già 9000 km mi si poteva suggerire di tornare a 12 mila e csmbiare anche le candele invece di tornare una secondo volta ed avere un ulteriore spesa… Friendly and helpful staff, but very sorry for the absurd price of a coupon for a motorcycle NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY .......
