โ โ โ โ โ Ho svolto servizio per l'infoline del comune di Milano. Lavoravo in un call center con contratto multiservizi che รจ illegale in Italia e infatti faro' vertenza. Azienda allo sbando, nessun rapporto con i dipendenti e i TL, pur simpatici, non sono all'altezza della commessa. All'infoline del comune di Milano ci sono tre aziende a gestire questa commessa ed ognuna ha i propri tl, potete immaginare il caos. I tl non fanno nessun controllo informatico e quindi la serieta di gestione telefonica รจ affidata all'amor proprio dell'operatore, quindi se cascate male non riceverete supporto con a volte caduta di chiamata

 I worked for the infoline of the municipality of Milan. I worked in a call center with a multiservice contract which is illegal in Italy and in fact I will make a dispute. Company in disarray, no relationship with employees and the TL, while nice, are not up to the job. At the end of the city of Milan there are three companies to manage this job and each one has its own tl, you can imagine the chaos. The tl do not do any computer control and therefore the seriousness of telephone management is entrusted to the operator's own love, so if you fall badly you will not receive support with sometimes call drop
