★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled to Milan from Rome last week on purpose to buy a Goyard bag.
For this reason, I contacted the boutique in advance to inform about my visit and my needs. I' d like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff, in particular to Mr Foti, the Store Manager, who welcomed and cared about me during all my visit long. First class service as I expected from TOP level brand as Goyard is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy to have a store of this iconic brand in Milan. It was my first visit at a Goyard store and the treatment there is absolutely stunning. The service assistant was very polite and helpful and answered all of our questions. The SA takes a lot of time to guide you through the different pieces and their customizing options. Long story short: Next time I`m in Milan I`m at Goyard too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dad and my sister went in first. We tried to meet them after 15mins , but me and my mom got locked out side. Ring the bell but no one want to help us open the door. Even they saw us. I mean it’s good that each employee service one customer. But at least tell us to wait or ask us what we need. Anyway, we got some cute bags there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goyard store the well-known brand, there was a small queue to enter, the shop is too small that's why it took us to wait 1.5 hours in the short queue consist of 4 people only, the staff were good but the guy who was helping us was a bit nervous and not letting us see the goods very well, he makes you feel that you gonna steal something from the store from the way he was acting with us I don’t know why!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milan store is the best Goyard Store , i’ve been to London and Paris store, but Milan store is different, the staff are friendly and welcoming, i asked to see many thing they never feel bothered, even the security guy one day i was waiting outside and it was a sunny day he told me that i can wait in the other side so their is a bit of shade and when it is my turn he will call me.. really i like their way .. noneed to talk about my other experience ?
