La titolare mi ha trattato benissimo, sia dal punto di vista di qualità delle gomme, sia dal punto di vista del prezzo. Consigliassimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie. I took my car to change tires. I have never found such education, competence and kindness. The owner treated me very well, both from the point of view of tire quality and from the point of view of price. We highly recommend it. Frequento questo gommista ormai da anni ed ho sempre trovato una disponibilità,cortesia e professionalità assolute. La proprietaria si fa in quattro per accontentarmi ed io non ho gomme molto semplici da reperire,il personale,pur cambiato nel corso degli anni segue sempre una linea improntata alla cortesia ed alla disponibilità. I have been attending this tire dealer for years now and I have always found absolute availability, courtesy and professionalism. The owner goes out of her way to satisfy me and I don't have very easy tires to find, the staff, although changed over the years, always follows a line based on courtesy and availability. Sono andato a cambiare le gomme e siccome non le avevo comprate nella loro officina mi hanno chiesto espressamente un supplemento!!! VERGOGNA! VERGOGNA! VERGOGNA! BAD treatment! From this tire dealer there are series A customers and series B customers. I went to change the tires and since I hadn't bought them in their workshop, they specifically asked me for a supplement !!! Arrivato per montare 4 gomme nuove mi hanno lasciato aspettare senza neppure chiedere di cosa avessi bisogno. Vedevo solo un ragazzo andare avanti ed indietro nell’ officina. Passati 15 minuti ho messo in moto e sono andato via. Perdere un nuovo cliente per questi motivi credo sia assurdo e spero risolvano… The shop is fairly well stocked but personally I was disappointed to see the absolute lack of courtesy towards a possible new customer. Arrived to fit 4 new tires they let me wait without even asking what I needed. I only saw one boy going back and forth in the workshop. After 15 minutes I started the engine and left. I think losing a new customer for these reasons is absurd and I hope they solve ...

In 24h dalla mia telefonata gli pneumatici sono stati ordinati (non banali da reperire relativamente alle misure particolari ed al periodo) e montati! Dalle altre aziende interpellate, non ho ancora ricevuto i preventivi, né tantomeno so se le gomme potrebbero essere disponibili. La titolare si è rivelata, professionale, cordialissima e precisa. In 24 hours from my phone call the tires were ordered (not trivial to find in relation to the particular measures and the period) and mounted! From the other companies interviewed, I have not yet received the quotes, nor do I know if the tires might be available. The owner turned out to be professional, very cordial and precise.
