★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lavoro è stato eseguito come concordato ma il prezzo è aumentato di circa il 15%, oltre l’IVA di legge, per avere chiesto la fattura. Tale modifica non è mai stata condivisa ed io ne ho solo potuto prendere atto una volta che mi era stata inviata la fattura.
 The work was carried out as agreed but the price increased by about 15%, in addition to the legal VAT, for having requested the invoice. This change was never shared and I was only able to take note of it once the invoice was sent to me.
