Quando si fa notare l'errore ovviamente la colpa è del cliente che ha capito male. Non mi rivolgerò mai più a questo negozio, pessima esperienza.
In the estimate phase and during the choice of materials and accessories, things are proposed and agreed upon and then others are delivered instead. When the mistake is pointed out, obviously the fault lies with the customer who has misunderstood. I will never go to this shop again, bad experience.
