★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile che una signora invalida dorma sul divano per circa 40 giorni perchè una stanza che doveva arrivare il 28 Dicembre arriva il 5 Febbraio. E nonostante grosso ritardo vengo ricontattata perchè al saldo del prezzo della camera mancavano 50,00 euro su una spesa di oltre 2000 euro. E' a dir poco vergognoso. Non ci sarà altra occasione.
Unica nota positiva, gli operai che hanno montato la stanza, molto professionali, educati e gentili.
It is not possible for an invalid lady to sleep on the sofa for about 40 days because a room that was supposed to arrive on December 28th arrives on February 5th. And despite a big delay I am contacted because the balance of the room price was missing 50.00 euros on an expenditure of over 2000 euros. It is nothing short of shameful. There will be no other occasion.
The only positive note, the workers who mounted the room, very professional, polite and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalità. Prima di Natale, si presenta il geometra a casa, prende le misure della cucina, ridotta in pessime condizioni e quindi necessario un cambio urgente. Siamo al 26 aprile e non si sono degnati nemmeno di farmi un preventivo.
Zero professionalism. Before Christmas, the surveyor shows up at home, takes the measurements of the kitchen, reduced in poor condition and therefore an urgent change is needed. We are on April 26th and they have not even bothered to give me a quote.
