★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reduce da una pessima esperienza. Due giorni fa avevo acquistato un pigiama sbagliando la taglia. Dovendo acquistata anche altri capi, sono tornata in negozio chiedendo la cortesia di poter soprassedere al fatto che non trovassi più lo scontrino. Le commesse in maniera molto antipatica e scontrosa non mi hanno minimamente aiutata a differenza di altri negozi nei quali tramite i database sono risaliti allo scontrino. Ho chiesto di poter parlare con un responsabile ma sempre con fare antipatico e quasi a beffeggiarmi mi è stato risposto che quest’ultimo era in ferie. Mi sono sentita offesa e sono andata via con tanta rabbia e ci la convinzione che non cambierà mai nulla se chi lavora aspetta solo fine mese per prendere lo stipendio senza minimamente meritarlo.
Back from a bad experience. Two days ago I had bought a pajama wrong size. Having also purchased other items, I went back to the shop asking for the courtesy of being able to postpone the fact that I could no longer find the receipt. The orders in a very unpleasant and surly way did not help me in the least unlike other stores in which through the databases they went back to the receipt. I asked to be able to speak with a manager but always with a disagreeable face and almost mocking me I was told that the latter was on vacation. I felt offended and went away with such anger and the belief that nothing will ever change if those who work only wait for the end of the month to take their wages without even deserving it.
