Competent, helpful and kind staff, excellent location with ample parking for cars a few meters away and always trendy equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La bicicletta aveva il freno anteriore non funzionante e mi sono quasi ammazzato in discesa.
Siamo andati fino alle 3 cime, tutta salita e non abbiamo avuto modo di provare i freni all'andata. Partiti per il ritorno ci siamo accorti del problema, per fortuna non ci siamo fatti male.
Ma arrivati al noleggio ci è stato detto che la bicicletta era perfettamente funzionante...no comment
The bike had a non-working front brake and I nearly killed myself on the descent.
We went up to the 3 peaks, all uphill and we didn't have the chance to try the brakes on the first leg. We left for the return and we noticed the problem, luckily we didn't get hurt.
But upon arriving at the rental we were told that the bike was in perfect working order ... no comment

La mia era troppo piccola: sono 1.83 e ho dovuto pedalare come un armadillo con la scoliosi mentre fa il saluto al sole, con la sella quasi fuori dal telaio che ha lanciato stridii metallici per tutto il percorso. Siamo cmq
arrivati a Misurina e gliel'ho tornata praticamente carica... Lol.
Comunque, quando ho chiesto subito di cambiarmela, ha risposto che non ne aveva altre e mi ha liquidato con un secco "adattarsi". Non ho nemmeno potuto prenotarle perché non accettava prenotazioni con largo anticipo ma pretendeva richiamassi sempre il giorno prima. Dovrebbe dotarsi di bici taglia uomo italico del nord, essere un po' più cortese e abbassare un pelo i prezzi. Per il resto, ammesso ci sia, nulla da dire. Ah! Ottimo motore Bosch cx!

He should equip himself with a northern Italian-sized bike, be a little more courteous and lower the prices a bit. For the rest, assuming there is, nothing to say. Ah! Great Bosch cx motor!

Ottima posizione trovandosi fianco al Funbob, sulla ciclabile Auronzo/Misurina.

The manager Mario, with precision and abundance, prepares the bikes, even with a child seat. Twice I found myself well, receiving courtesy and availability.
Excellent location being next to the Funbob, on the Auronzo / Misurina cycle path.

Buona bici con cui ho fatto l'anello Auronzo di Cadore - Rifugio Città di Carpi - Auronzo di Cadore con salita lungo la Val d'Onge e discesa passando per Malga Maraia e la ciclabile. Il percorso è impegnativo ma il mezzo era adeguato (il top sarebbe stato una Full, ma non posso lamentarmi). Il negozio ha anche saputo darmi una taglia adeguata alla mia statura (194 cm)
I was very comfortable with the rental. Good bike with which I made the Auronzo di Cadore ring - Città di Carpi Refuge - Auronzo di Cadore with ascent along the Val d'Onge and descent through Malga Maraia and the cycle path. The route is challenging but the vehicle was adequate (the top would have been a Full, but I can't complain). The shop also knew how to give me a suitable size for my height (194 cm)
