★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macchine con svariati difetti di meccanica, molto molto sporche con obbligo da parte della titolare dell'agenzia di riconsegnarle pulite.
Siamo stati obbligati a pagare l'intera somma in contanti.
Siamo stati sottoposti per svariate volte all'ironia fuori luogo da parte della titolare , come nel caso di quando l'auto ha avuto un grave problema al motore e la titolare riprovandola voleva che noi la tenessimo senza accertarsi con un meccanico.
(Per il servizio che ci è stato dato non avrei messo neanche una stella)
Machines with various mechanical defects, very very dirty with obligation on the part of the agency owner to return them clean.
We were forced to pay the full amount in cash.
We have been subjected several times to misplaced irony on the part of the owner, as in the case of when the car had a serious engine problem and the owner tried it again and wanted us to keep it without checking with a mechanic.
(For the service that was given to us I would not have put even a star)

Abbiamo prenotato una macchina per 3gg e ce ne hanno dato un'altra migliore (per errore) ma allo stesso prezzo.
Quando li abbiamo contattati per chiarimenti si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili.
Non ci sono stati realmente problemi tecnici se non di scarsa entità.
Anche alla consegna non si sono dimostrati di alcuna pignoleria.
Ero veramente scettico sul fatto di noleggiare un'auto da queste parti ma sono stato subito smentito trovando affidabilità e cortesia

We booked a car for 3 days and they gave us a better one (by mistake) but at the same price.
When we contacted them for clarification they were always available.
There weren't really any technical problems except for small ones.
Even at delivery they did not show any fussiness.
I was really skeptical about renting a car in these parts but I was immediately denied finding reliability and courtesy

La signora addetta al noleggio con una gentilezza e simpatia fuori dal comune ha risposto alle mie esigenze facendomi trovare in perfetto orario l'auto in coincidenza con il mio arrivo da fuori pur essendo domenica. L'auto, come spiegatomi dalla stessa con grande professionalità e chiarezza, in pieno rispetto della normativa anticovid 19 viene consegnata pulita e viene giustamente pretesa riconsegnata lavata e pulita. Consigliato!
I was served by the car rental in Otranto: impeccable staff! The lady in charge of the rental with an out of the ordinary kindness and sympathy responded to my needs by making me find the car right on time to coincide with my arrival from outside even though it was Sunday. The car, as explained by the same with great professionalism and clarity, in full compliance with the anticovid 19 legislation is delivered clean and is rightly expected to be returned washed and clean. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio, chiamo un po' di giorni prima per un'utilitaria solo per un giorno e mi vengono offerte varie opzioni a poco prezzo (rispetto ad altre agenzie che pretendevano un prezzo abbastanza alto per la sanificazione, questa era a soli 5 euro). Pieno rispetto delle normative anti-Covid nonostante il basso prezzo. La signora è stata molto disponibile e il noleggio si è rivelato molto semplice, più di quanto pensassi, in quanto è stata la prima volta che ho noleggiato un'automobile. Non ci sono state tante pretese, solo molta accortezza e la richiesta di lasciare pulita la macchina una volta riconsegnata. Se avete bisogno di un'utilitaria per poco tempo è la soluzione giusta ad Otranto.
Great service, I call a few days before for a small car just for one day and I am offered various options at a low price (compared to other agencies that demanded a fairly high price for sanitation, this was only 5 euros). Full compliance with anti-Covid regulations despite the low price. The lady was very helpful and the rental turned out to be very easy, more than I thought, as it was the first time I rented a car. There were not many demands, only a lot of forethought and the request to leave the car clean once it has been returned. If you need a small car for a short time this is the right solution in Otranto.

Ne vous fiez pas au prix alléchant du site internet qui propose un véhicule pour 13€ la journée. En réalité cela concerne uniquement la location de motocyclettes en hiver. Donc on vous propose une voiture pour 45€ par jour avec kilométrages illimités, mais sans couverture de dépannage si vous sortez de la région du Salento. Ensuite on vous loue un véhicule d'une propreté extérieur plus que contestable et on vous demande de nettoyer l'extérieur et l'intérieur du véhicule avant de le rendre sous peine de devoir payer un surplus de 20€. J'ajoute que le véhicule qui m'a été loué n'était pas de toute première fraicheur (peinture qui s'écaille sur le capot etc...) et que le liquide de lave glace était vide.
Donc amis voyageur préférez louer un véhicule à l' aéroport qui sera moins chère et moins contraignant.

Do not be fooled by the tempting price of the website which offers a vehicle for 13 € a day. In reality this only concerns the rental of motorcycles in winter. So we offer you a car for 45 € per day with unlimited mileage, but without breakdown cover if you leave the Salento region. Then we rent you a vehicle that is more than questionable on the outside and we ask you to clean the outside and the inside of the vehicle before returning it under penalty of having to pay a surplus of 20 €. I would add that the vehicle that was rented to me was not very fresh (paint flaking on the hood, etc.) and that the windshield washer fluid was empty.
So traveling friends prefer to rent a vehicle at the airport which will be cheaper and less restrictive.
