v	valeria luchetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pagato 3 euro in più perché in teoria il corriere avrebbe dovuto chiamarmi in anticipo quando sarebbe passato , in pratica e passato senza avvisare e in casa non c'era nessuno! A cosa serve pagare sodi in più se poi non ti avvisano. I paid 3 euros more because in theory the courier would have had to call me in advance when it would pass, in practice it passed without warning and there was no one at home! What's the point of paying extra hard if they don't warn you.

Fosse possibile darei 0 stelle... In particolar modo, al ragazzo che mi ha risposto telefonicamente praticamente subito ed è riuscito a capire che fine avesse fatto il mio pacco e al sig. Dario, che lavora in magazzino...nonostante il casino della giornata e la fila di persone (alcune giustamente molto nervose), si è mostrato con tutti molto gentile e disponibile! Although there were some problems related to the delivery of my package (related to an oversight by the sender), I had to change my mind and congratulate the service of the Manerbio office. In particular, the guy who answered me by phone almost immediately and managed to understand what happened to my package and to Mr. Dario, who works in the warehouse ... despite the mess of the day and the queue of people (some rightly very nervous), he showed himself to everyone very kind and helpful!

Se vi capita GLS mettetevi l'anima in pace perché con molta probabilità dovrete voi andare in sede a prenderlo. Come ahimè ho sempre fatto io ! ??? Bad experiences. There has never been a time when this express courier delivered me a package on time. If GLS happens to you, put your soul in peace because in all probability you will have to go to the office to get it. As alas I have always done! ???
E	Enrico Calvanese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovete pregare di non aver mai a che fare con Gls della sede di Manerbio! servizio inesistente, pacchi non consegnati, mi arriva email la mattina dove mi viene scritto che la consegna è programmata in giornata poi non consegnano e slitta al giorno lavorativo successivo, cosi per 4/5 giorni e il pacco resta sempre nella sede di Manerbio, quando consegnano lanciano i pacchi nel vialetto rischiando di rompere il contenuto, un paio di volte ho dovuto litigare con gli autisti perché colti sul fatto, buttano i pacchi, ma che modo di lavorare è questo! Ora raccomando i fornitori e negoziati di non spedirmi gli acquisti che faccio con Gsl altrimenti per la zona dove abito mi tocca Manerbio come sede, e sono dolori!!! deve chiudere questa sede sono inefficenti! You must pray never to have anything to do with Gls of the Manerbio office! non-existent service, packages not delivered, I receive an email in the morning where I am told that the delivery is scheduled for the same day then they do not deliver and postpone to the next working day, so for 4/5 days and the package always remains in the Manerbio office, when they deliver throw the packages in the driveway risking to break the contents, a couple of times I had to argue with the drivers because caught in the act, they throw the packages, but what a way to work is this! Now I recommend suppliers and traders not to send me the purchases I make with Gsl otherwise for the area where I live I have Manerbio as headquarters, and they are pains !!! must close this office are ineffective!

Attendiamo dei pacchi urgenti, in consegna da giorni ma ogni giorno rimandano la consegna al giorno successivo. Al telefono non risponde mai nessuno e se si va in sede per il ritiro bisogna fare una coda chilometrica perchè non gestiscono nemmeno le consegne in sede su appuntamento. Spero di avere a che fare il meno possibile con loro perchè ormai è da anni che si comportano in questo modo e non cambieranno mai. We use a lot of couriers for our work, but these are truly the worst of the worst. We are waiting for urgent packages, delivered for days but every day they postpone delivery to the next day. Nobody ever answers the phone and if you go to the office for collection you have to queue up for miles because they don't even manage deliveries on site by appointment. I hope I have to do as little as possible with them because they have been behaving this way for years now and they will never change.

Mi sono recato di persona il sabato a ritirare un pacco(con il tracciamento lo avrebbero consegnato il lunedi successivo) ed ho trovato personale disponibile, veloce (ho atteso meno di venti minuti)e professionale. Prodotto e imballaggio integro e senza problemi. Grazie Stefano In spite of the negative reviews I read about the GLS in Manerbio, my experience was more than positive. I went in person on Saturday to collect a package (with the tracking they would have delivered it the following Monday) and I found the staff helpful, fast (I waited less than twenty minutes) and professional. Product and packaging intact and without problems. Thank you Stephen
