Agenzia con scarsa professionalità prendono in carico la vendita di un immobile e non sanno neanche come è fatto.Andati con dei clienti non sapevano neanche cosa dire........

Mi sono trovata molto bene . L' agenzia è molto efficiente con uno staff veramente professionale . Ho acquistato un immobile e sono stata seguita per tutta la trattativa in modo egregio . Grazie per la vostra serietà.

Pessima esperienza con il titolare Francesco che mi ha raggirato. Sono in causa con lui per 5000 euro dei quali si è appropriato indebitamente per una proposta di locazione non accettata dal proprietario, ma il titolare ha incassato l'assegno lasciato a garanzia della proposta. Nonostante sia stato dal giudice condannato ad un pignoramento di conto corrente, non ha provviste. Statene lontani...

Ho trovato l'immobile che cercavo da anni, prestigioso e introvabile con altre agenzie. Sono stato assistito fino all'atto definitivo. Ringrazio

Very week performance. Do not understand what they are doing. Always at the end of the train. GlobalLux relates to the agency provision they want to claim.

Low performer. Looks like it lacks any competency and credibility. Unable to close simple private purchasing deals after 12 months. A smoothy who would be better off cleaning the streets.

The owner and employers were by far the most rudest people i have ever dealt with. Barbara who is just an office chick comes across as nice and professional but shes neither. She doesn't attend to important calls and messages leaving us the client who have rented an apartment out in the cold. I tried calling Barbara and messaging her on numerous accounts but to no avail. After they receive your money they don't care about anything else. The sofa bed isn't exactly what they advertise. Its not a normal sofa bed - you can even google sofa bed and they won't even understand the difference. They have a sofa and call it a bed which is actually just a hard couch and unbearable to sleep on. Another staff member which i didn't catch her name will tell you "you got what was advertised" which they also advertise a washing machine but fail to tell you it doesn't work - you only realize once your clothes are soaking wet and full of soap that the machine doesn't actually spin - so you need to hand wash and dry your clothes outside (it rained for us so it took 4 days to dry) but hey apparently you get what was advertised so that is false advertisement right there. They send you staff members to help you that don't speak English so you need to re explain what is wrong 10 times - it is like a game of charades until you use google translate. By that time i'm very frustrated. The sheets are all dirty blood stained. I think we used ours as a bed stopper and our plane blankets as a blanket because they give you something as thin as a sheet to warm yourself up in -1 degrees. The (Air conditioner) that they advertise doesn't even work so we had to suffer and freeze use two small heaters in an apartment of 3 bed spaces to accommodate and keep 7 people warm - this was impossible and again false advertisement. Then i again spoke with Barbara on the 15th occasion and asked for a refund or even a partial one who said she would arrange same and that it wouldn't be any problem - but that's all lies to keep you happy until you leave. Because when i told the owner he just ignored me and said he wasn't going to refund me. My first time in Rome and i hated it!! The lift they tell you they have fits 1 person. I asked for a refund nicely. Being a millionaire company selling millionaire houses it would be professional to compensate me for the bad experience i had and for all the stuff you falsely advertised. The first time i walked in their office the colleague yelled at me and Barbara hurried me along to another coffee shop so their wouldn't be a scene. Nobody apologized for the unprofessionalism in the work place, or the harassment.
