Scarsa comunicazione, richieste di modifica del feedback in cambio di promesse al momento non mantenute, articolo spedito con ritardo importante e senza preavviso nè comunicazioni. Forse saranno ottimi come negozio fisico ma nelle vendite on line al momento mi pare che non ci siamo per niente.
I made a purchase from them through Amazon but, unfortunately, I didn't feel well. Poor communication, requests for modification of the feedback in exchange for promises that are currently not kept, an item sent with a significant delay and without notice or communications. Maybe they will be excellent as a physical store but in online sales at the moment it seems to me that we are not there for nothing.

Purchased on the site and waited in vain for several weeks for the arrival of an article of which in reality they did not have the availability, without however there was any concern and regret in communicating it to me. Not recommended.

Ho ordinato del cibo per gatti on-line in data 10/04/22 e ad oggi (26/04/22) non ho ricevuto né i prodotti, né una risposta alle mie mail con richiesta di aggiornamento in merito all'evasione dell'ordine. Attenderò ancora qualche giorno, ma se non riceverò chiarimenti procederò con la contestazione del pagamento effettuato con carta di credito ed andato a buon fine (purtroppo).
Very bad experience. I ordered cat food online on 10/04/22 and to date (26/04/22) I have not received either the products or an answer to my emails with an update request regarding the evasion of the order. I will wait a few more days, but if I do not receive clarification I will proceed with the dispute of the payment made by credit card and successful (unfortunately).
