Mi hanno aiutata con un servizio clienti molto attento, consegna precisa e scarpe davvero belle, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Acquisterò' ancora sicuramente. I bought a pair of heels for an important event. I was able to customize the color and even made a small change to the strap. They helped me with very attentive customer service, accurate delivery and really nice shoes, I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely buy again.

Hanno assecondato e soddisfatto la mia folle richiesta in tempi record, e così mia mamma per il suo compleanno avrà le décolleté che ha sempre sognato. Un pezzo unico per design, colori e composizione. Personale gentilissimo: gli ho dato 7 giorni di tempo x realizzare la scarpa e spedirmela e hanno sopportato anche le mie ansie di non riceverle in tempo. Ma anche su questo, nulla da dire: la mattina della data stabilita erano già da me. Prezzi modici per il servizio e x la produzione artigianale che c’è dietro. Complimenti !❤️ Known by chance, choosing them was the best decision. They complied and fulfilled my crazy request in record time, and so my mom will have the pumps she always dreamed of on her birthday. A unique piece in terms of design, colors and composition. Very kind staff: I gave them 7 days to make the shoe and send it to me and they also endured my anxieties of not receiving them in time. But even on this, nothing to say: on the morning of the set date they were already with me. Moderate prices for the service and the artisanal production behind it. Congratulations! ❤️

Scelgo un modello e poi richiedo di applicare un cinturino diverso al modello scelto , loro senza esitazione mi dicono che la scarpa poteva essere fatta e che avrei però dovuto pagare un’extra che senza esitazioni ho pagato. Passa circa un mese e inizia il mio rincorrere al servizio clienti che non ha quasi mai risposto. Dopo un mese e mezzo , ricontatto il servizio clienti e scopro che in realtà la mia scarpa non poteva essere fatta con quel cinturino e ribadisco dopo un mese e 15 gg non sono stata neanche avvisata (avendo pagato un bell’extra) , mi propongono un’alternativa non garantita , mi dicono “possiamo provare a farle” Stufa ormai , Richiedo il rimborso immediato delle scarpe. Sconsigliatissimo , a mai più ! I order shoes for my wedding through their customer service. I choose a model and then ask to apply a different strap to the chosen model, without hesitation they tell me that the shoe could be made and that I would have to pay an extra, which I paid without hesitation. About a month goes by and my chasing after customer service begins and they hardly ever answered. After a month and a half, I contact customer service again and I discover that in reality my shoe could not be made with that strap and I repeat after a month and 15 days I have not even been notified (having paid a nice extra), they offer me a 'unsecured alternative, they tell me "we can try to do them" Bored by now, I request immediate refund of the shoes. Not recommended, never again!

Una volta arrivata la scarpa ammetto che ha superato ogni aspettativa, rifinita alla perfezione con l'odore ancora dei calzolai di un tempo, l'artigianato il lavoro fatto a mano, la scarpa unica ovviamente poiché è ben evidente la manifattura. Sono molto felice e soddisfatta di aver acquistato un prodotto unico da persone uniche che mettono il cuore in ciò che fanno. Scarpe comodissime e imbarazzo nella scelta per i modelli e tessuti. I bought from them for a very special occasion, starting from the assistance which is nothing short of efficient and friendly, they were able to advise me on the right number, giving me precise instructions on how to measure the foot. Once the shoe arrived, I admit that it has exceeded all expectations, finished to perfection with the smell still of the cobblers of the past, the craftsmanship, the work done by hand, the unique shoe obviously because the manufacture is clearly evident. I am very happy and satisfied that I have purchased a unique product from unique people who put their heart into what they do. Very comfortable shoes and embarrassment in the choice of models and fabrics.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla loro gentilezza e tempestivitá nel realizzare le scarpe piú comode che abbia mai potuto desiderare, considerando il tacco 10!!! Morbidissime e fatte apposta per me! Ho riscontrato un piccolo difetto e mi sono venuti subito incontro.... Dovremmo essere orgogliosi di avere queste eccellenze di artigianato in Italia! Provare per credere ? For my wedding I wanted something unique and so I turned to Studio Creazioni. I was pleasantly surprised by their kindness and timeliness in making the most comfortable shoes I could ever want, considering the heel 10 !!! Very soft and made especially for me! I found a small flaw and they came immediately to meet me .... We should be proud to have these excellences of craftsmanship in Italy! Seeing is believing ?

Ho scelto la forma, il tacco e anche il materiale interno ed esterno e infine l’incisione sulla suola (una chicca)♥️. Sono stati da subito molto gentili e cordiali, mi hanno seguito dall’inizio. Ho avuto un problemino con il numero della scarpa, ma mi hanno cambiato in tempi record il numero. Che dire, grazie Studio Creazioni avrò per il mio matrimonio delle décolleté che tutti mi invidieranno. I've been following Studio Creazioni for a few years, but I bought a pair of pumps for the first time a few weeks ago that I was able to customize. I chose the shape, the heel and also the internal and external material and finally the engraving on the sole (a gem) ♥ ️. They were very kind and friendly right from the start, they followed me from the start. I had a problem with the shoe size, but they changed the number in record time.
