★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattato in maniera pessima. Ho portato un auto con un problema ad una valvola che sfiatava, ma che, a parte il rumore funzionava bene. Al ritiro della macchina, essa presenta una perdita di potenza. Entro nuovamente a segnalare il problema e, dopo una prova di 2 minuti in cui il problema non sussiste, vengo rimandato via. La macchina dopo 20 km si ferma. Chiamo per avere spiegazioni ed aiuto. Mi dicono di guidare fino a li, assurdo visto che la macchina é ferma. Mi dicono di chiamare un carroattrezzi. Faccio notare che visto la situazione dovrebbero loro chiamare un carro attrezzi. Lo mandano assicurandomi che sarebbe stato a loro spese. Non hanno nemmeno un'auto sostitutiva. Sto un'altra settimana senza auto. Mi dicono che il problema é ad un filtro rotto e che era un problema pre esistente. Penso sia strano che si sia presentato proprio mentre l'auto era in officina. Insisto per far vedere questa stravaganza. Mi viene detto dal responsabile officina che il prezzo della diagnosi sarebbe stato tolto. Non é molto ma apprezzo. Invece al ritiro non solo mi viene fatta pagare anche la diagnosi, ma anche il carroattrezzi! Arrabbiato sto andando via quando il capo officina mi chiede se voglio vedere il pezzo del filtro rotto. Accetto e mentre andiamo mi dice che il pezzo deve essere stato rotto durante una riparazione in officina. Ovviamente una precedente alla loro. Peccato che la macchina fino ad entrare da Giusti auto questo problema non lo avesse mai presentato. Mi sento veramente preso in giro. Il responsabile di Giusti non ha nemmeno il coraggio e la decenza di venire ad incontrarmi. Tutto questo coronato da attese telefoniche di lunghissime per ogni chiamata.
Una vera fregatura. Spero non ci portiate le vostre auto.
