C'è un clima molto diverso rispetto ad altre concessionarie Audi Vw di zona, qui c'è molta cordialità e disponibilità, l'assistenza durante la consegna, la prova su strada, tutto impeccabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pubblicità di qualche anno fa, diceva che "per dipingere una grande parete non serve un pennello grande, ma un grande pennello".
Lo stesso vale per questo concessionario, che potrebbe sembrare "piccolo", in rapporto ad altri per quanto riguarda la struttura/sede, ma in effetti, a parer mio, credo siano tra i migliori in Toscana.
Cito soltanto che avevo una spia gialla al motore, derivante dai noti problemi di pulizia e carburazione per i motori diesel, soprattutto quando non si fanno tanti km. tra i vari utilizzi: non tutti sanno che "la fumata" verso l'esterno che facevano i vecchi motori diesel, di fatto i nuovi motori la fanno internamente, ma poi è necessario almeno una 20 di km. "per smaltire" correttamente questi gas di scarico. Se così non è, ed era appunto il mio caso, con il tempo si accumula sporco e conseguentemente l'accensione della spia gialla.
Per risolvere il problema, ad un noto concessionario di Pisa ho pagato circa 1000 euro, che francamente mi sembravano troppi ma così è stato.
A distanza di un paio di anni, il problema si è riproposto, solo che cambiando concessionario, andando da Sani Moreno appunto, ho speso meno della metà...non aggiungo altro, grande attenzione nell'assistenza dal Sig. Carmine, è lui la persona alla quale fare riferimento, non ve ne sono altre. Per me questo è un pregio non da poco, ed anche noi in questo concessionario non siamo numeri ma persone.

The same goes for this dealer, which might seem "small" in relation to others as regards the structure / headquarters, but in fact, in my opinion, I think they are among the best in Tuscany.
I only mention that I had a yellow warning light on the engine, deriving from the known problems of cleaning and carburetion for diesel engines, especially when you do not do so many km. among the various uses: not everyone knows that "the smoke" towards the outside that the old diesel engines did, in fact the new engines do it internally, but then at least 20 km is needed. "to dispose of" these exhaust gases properly. If this is not the case, and it was my case, over time dirt accumulates and consequently the yellow light comes on.
To solve the problem, I paid about 1000 euros to a well-known concessionaire in Pisa, which frankly seemed too much to me, but it did.
After a couple of years, the problem has arisen again, except that by changing the dealer, going to Sani Moreno, I spent less than half ... person to refer to, there are no others. For me this is a great advantage, and we too in this dealership are not numbers but people.

Pochi giorni dopo la visita non ho avuto problemi a fissare una prova su strada per una vettura che avevo adocchiato; l’incaricato è stato paziente e gentilissimo nello spiegare tutti i dettagli della macchina. Successivamente, Daniele, il titolare, si è adoprato per trovare la vettura adatta alle mie richieste che successivamente ho acquistato. La consegna è stata effettuata con appuntamento e spiegazione paziente di tutti i dettagli e foto ricordo. Che dire...lo capite bene che lo consiglio vivamente; con me hanno acquistato un cliente nuovo!
