★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver pagato trasporto e montaggio al piano per un salotto completo con divano, tavolo e due poltrone, hanno mandato un solo ragazzo per fare tutto, pretendendo quasi che dovessi essere io ad aiutare lo scarico delle merci. Fatto notare telefonicamente il tutto alla responsabile, la signora M. (evito il nome completo per la privacy), questa prima ha negato che avessi pagato anche per il montaggio, poi con l'evidenza del contratto firmato ha proposto un misero rimborso per quanto riguardava il solo montaggio. Morale della favola ho dovuto aiutare io a scaricare il tutto. Un plauso va però al ragazzo, unica nota positiva, che ha dimostrato una grandissima professionalità e disponibilità a differenza dei suoi responsabili un po' troppo menefreghisti nei confronti del cliente.
After paying for transport and assembly on the floor for a living room complete with sofa, table and two armchairs, they sent just one guy to do everything, almost pretending that I should be the one to help unload the goods. Pointed out by telephone everything to the manager, Mrs. M. (I avoid the full name for privacy), this first denied that I had also paid for the assembly, then with the evidence of the signed contract proposed a meager reimbursement as regards the only assembly. Moral of the story I had to help download everything. However, an applause goes to the boy, the only positive note, who has shown great professionalism and availability unlike his managers who are a little too careless towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un negozio per acquisti di materiale per bricolage dove, però, spesso mancano cose elementari per il "fai da te".
Purtroppo non può assolutamente reggere il confronto con Leroy Merlin perchè gestito con la mentalità calabrese che non si preoccupa di acquisire clientela nel tempo, ma di guadagnare solo nell'immediato.
It is a shop for purchases of DIY materials where, however, basic things for "do it yourself" are often lacking.
Unfortunately, it absolutely cannot stand comparison with Leroy Merlin because it is managed with the Calabrian mentality that does not care about acquiring customers over time, but about earning only immediately.

Io ho comprato il rivestimento e pavimento del bagno, il rivestimento della cucina e anche il parquet delle camere. Con una botta di fortuna abbiamo trovato le porte, molto belle a 99 €, invece di 149€, un bello sconto.
