Per il momento esperienza positiva tornerò sicuramente per le prossime manutenzioni sperando di poter confermare le mie 5 stelle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho portato la mia golf 7 gtd per un tagliando (distribuzione) ho speso €840,00 a distanza di 2 giorni ho riscontrato rumori e spie accese, chiaramente richiamando all'officina e spiegando l'accaduto mi hanno risposto ovviamente che non c'entrava nulla in tagliando con i difetti, ho dovuto portare l'auto in un altra concessionaria per risolvere il problema spendendo €500,00. Tutto questo è stato segnalato alla casa madre.
I brought my golf 7 gtd for a coupon (distribution) I spent € 840.00 after 2 days I found noises and lights on, clearly calling the workshop and explaining what happened, they obviously replied that it had nothing to do with it nothing in service with defects, I had to take the car to another dealership to solve the problem by spending € 500.00. All this was reported to the parent company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato la mia Tiguan da voi, modello Rline, prezzo listino 48000 euro e mi sta dando un sacco di problemi, a 70000 km sentivo un rumore alla cinghia distribuzione, l'ho portata da voi ma non mi avete risolto il problema, il rumore lo fa sempre, pare un trattore..l' altro giorno si è bloccato un iniettore e voi avete detto che era colpa di presenza di acqua nel gasolio, dopo le verifiche volevate cambiarmi tutti e quattro gli iniettori ad un prezzo di 900 euro cadauno e più la mano d'opera, praticamente dovevo spendere circa 4000 euro...Ho sempre tagliandato la macchina regolarmente da voi...Una macchina con tre anni di vita volevate farmi spendere tutti questi soldi, ma vi pare il modo di trattare un cliente? Anzi ora un ex cliente
